1. PRODUCTS AND GOODS
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on or before the 30th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 31st day of purchase, no refund will be issued. Our guarantee is only for 30 Days for Weight Loss & Weight-Gain. We guarantee to lose weight 2 to 4 kgs per month or to gain weight 2 to 3 kgs per month. We are responsible for refunding only on guaranteed services only with our refund criteria.

Any unopened, untampered with currently marketable products may be returned within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Any opened supplements are not eligible for a refund. If you send our SMS plan photos to us every day,
If you follow our five pillars of Health,
If you follow all the guidance and criteria and then also if you do not lose 2kg to 5kg weight in a month (2 to 3 kg weight loss guarantee is depend on your body hormons, so after evaluate your body if we tell you that you can loss how much weight in a month and you cannot loss according to it) you are eligible for a Refund for the current month only.
If you do not follow these all the guidance and criteria, you are not eligible for a Refund. As well as to be eligible in these criteria you have to tell or discuss your premedical issues, problems, current medical history. If you hide these all from us and if you feel restless after using our products or suffers from any medical conditions, we are not responsible for it. Only you are responsible for it. So just tell or discuss all the medical history to your coach and then after follow his guidence to be healthy.
